Verizon Network IOT Interconnection Test
For any voice equipment, voice+data equipment and data only equipment, such as wireless medical instruments, PDA/ handheld devices, data cards, M2M/IoT devices, embedded PCs, etc., it is necessary to access Verizon wireless network. Obtaining Verizon‘s certification is very important for the stable acquisition and access of wireless network resources.
Verizon certification means that this product can meet Verizon‘s license after a series of tests and requirements, and Verizon recognizes the wireless security and wireless performance of the product.
Before obtaining Verizon certification, all equipment must pass the type certification of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), including PTCRBGCF certification and other requirements, before starting the Verizon certification conformity test.

1. Verizon network IOT interconnection and interoperability test
The interconnection test content in Verizon certification is subject to 5G and 4G. 3G and 2G are not included in the test content now because of the withdrawal of the network.

2. LBS/AGPS/SUPL application test process
After the standard laboratory test is completed, the developer can start the LBS/AGPS/SUPL process.
3. MMS equipment testing process
For devices that support MMS and need to use Verizon MMSC server, the MMS test process must be completed before the device certification.
4. Private network testing
It is suitable for devices using Verizon‘s private network. Currently, some private networks in Verizon include 4G LTE and 5G networks.
5. Equipment management service test
Customers who have used Verizon client package or Verizon‘s M2M(LWM2M)OTADM reference client package.
6. Inbound permanent roaming
If certain conditions are met, Verizon will consider that the device roams in its network by accident.
