Beidou Navigation Satellite products Certification Implementation Rules
The Beidou Navigation Satellite System is a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) independently constructed and operated by China. It is an important space-time infrastructure that provides all-weather, all-day, high-precision positioning, navigation and timing services for global users. In order to further improve the quality of Beidou Basic Products such as chips, modules, antennas, and boards, and ensure the wide application of Beidou Navigation Satellite System in various fields and industries.
The State Administration for Market Regulation strengthens the organization, implementation, supervision and management of certification work, and cooperates with the competent authorities for the construction and development of Beidou Navigation Satellite System to increase the acceptance of certification results to create a favorable environment for the development of Beidou Basic Products.

The certification mode is: type test + initial factory inspection + post-certification supervision
Applicable to product performance and reliability certification of Beidou Navigation Satellite products (terminal equipment), such as navigation, RDSS, measurement, timing and other terminal equipment (product reliability assessment is not included during the pilot period).

3. Detection time
The testing time is generally 30 working days, starting from the receipt of the sample and the testing fee. If the project is not qualified, the rectification time is generally not more than 2 months
4. Initial factory inspection
For enterprises that have passed CCC certification, ISO 9001 or GJB 9001 certification and the certificate is within the validity period, the factory inspection can be appropriately simplified.
5. Certificate validity period
After the completion of the type test and factory inspection, the certificate will be issued within 30 days for those that meet the certification requirements.
The certification certificate is valid for 3 years, and the validity of the certificate is maintained through regular supervision.
6. Use of certification marks
The certificate holder can apply for the record or purchase the certification mark according to the "Administrative Measures of Beidou Navigation Satellite Products Certification Mark" of China Beidou Navigation Satellite products Testing and Certification Alliance. The use of the mark shall comply with the "Administrative Measures for the Certification Mark of Beidou Navigation Satellite products".

7. Certification fee
The certification fee is charged according to the relevant regulations of The 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.
